I’ve been artistically inclined since I was a child. I sold my first painting at 11yrs old. I moved to Hawaii when I was 18 and continued doing art. I was blessed to have been chosen to design the award certificate for the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame. Later I became a graphic designer for an international resort clothing company in Honolulu, Hawaii. I retired from that and moved to Atlanta 7yrs ago when my daughter got accepted into college. I now focus primarily on Native American and African American portrait art. I’ve painted many commissioned portrait pieces. You can now find my art available for purchase hanging in the gallery. I do take orders for commission pieces. You can reach out to me through Instagram @studio_laine or Facebook @Kammi Moon or leave a message for me with the gallery.
